I have experienced this scenario only once, it's when I got my phone soaked in water, and when I tried to turn it on, it started with beta mode and certain numbers on upper right corner of the phone. I just disregard it and now my phone hangs every now and then. all I did was master reset the phone, all the time if I experience any new issues.

My Lenovo a369i is two years old and often happens that while working off the screen and then I have to pull out his battery. Do you have the same problem.

I've been using a369i for almost 4 years right now, im from phillippines by the way.
if durability is to be answered, this phone is really durable. to prove it, -_- my dog once chewed it and it still works fine right now haha, also I have dropped it from 6 feet high and didn't even break, only a few scratches since I kind of lost my screen protector when my dog bit it.
data is fast, wifi better, texting cool, as for the apps, its pretty good and there are only some apps that wont run. but please understand, we bought this only for a cheap price, so better not to expect something real big. so far, I had my battery replaced last year because my phone was overheating like I cant even explain, im just afraid it would explode.
works fine right now, only that, I think performing hard key factory reset for like the 5th time I did it. it disabled the 15% low battery warning. welp my bad. haha
thumbs up for Lenovo.

Been using it for 2 years, I have tons of viruses, trillions of lag, and can't read SD card. Reset it thrice and still not performing well. Good for simple commands but not for complex work.

This is the worst phone I have ever had. Tiny storage. I have to uninstall an app to get another app as its memory is so small. It hangs regularly and I have missed some very important calls because of that. Needs charging 3 times a day and that takes 2-3 hours. Nothing mobile about it. No front facing camera!!! It overheats!!!
The plus side is it has dual sim slots(So you can miss twice as many calls perhaps?)
I would throw it away but now I will use it as a Hotspot in a fire safe place

I had purchased a Lenovo369i on 6.03.2015.Motherboard not working After 6 months then contacted authorised service centre .They need 5 days solve this issue but after some months always hang this phone. Great phone! used it for 3 years and dropped it about hundred times but still good no crack at all. Great to use for business type phone for call and messaging but not the camera. this is great from both price and function concept

I am using this for almost 3 years and until now it's good. the sound is good, battery is good and no problem for calling. Camera is not so good but all are superb. I am using this as hotspot. thanks Lenovo for the great phone and less price.
