cyriac, 01 Jul 2016My phone ram..512 mb and 1.25 GB internal memory.... But wh... morelenovo saying 4gb but inside the unit they separate it in two, first the internal storage then second is phone storage in which both having 2gb. The problem is all apps capacity only goes to internal storage and not in the phone storage even you set all downloads in phone storage (this is my previous posting here how to transfer apps to phone storage). You can transfer manualy the apps to SD card thru setting.

My lenovo A369i have internal memory of 2gb, SD card slot and also phone storage of 2GB. Question how can I transfer the files to phone storage so not to make my internal memory to become full. Note; I already set the storage of all download apps to SD card & sometime to phone storage, still the apps capacity goes to internal memory. manual transfer to SD card can do but not in phone storage, please assist.

if your having problem with instant shutdown while sim card is inserted, the problem is that your battery is defective its recommended that you buy a new one. Another tip is that the phone only shuts itself down when you are using "auto" or "GSM" only. Switch it to "WCDMA only" aka 3g, also avoid using the 2nd sim slot that only supports GSM. Another is avoid playing online games while using 3g mobile data cuz the phone will shutdown instantly, except for wifi, wifi is fine. Unless you buy a new battery all your problems will be solved.

i use this phone 6 months.when i insert new sim it does not connect the network. showing network problem

These phones deserve junk status.
Mine is 9 months old and just stopped working. Been well looked after.
I read that you can reboot by removing the battery. Well the battery is part f the phone and is soldered into the board making it impossible to remove and flash.
For the effort and time its better to throw this crap and buy a phone that is not disposable.
I bought this in Malaysia and no doubt this phone was not for sale in most Western Countries because it is a disposable phone due to its imability to be repaired. ie when the battery goes flat if it is left on shut down mode that is it its does and will not restart..

you tube wont run unless you update google play services. appears when i will open my you tube on my lenovo A369i and when i am about to update it error will occur in retrieving information from the serves and thats what it says. how would i update it in an easier way/ need help please. tnx

I am having the same switch off issue. When I turn on data it switches off automatically. Sometimes I don't have this issue. It works perfectly when I am fully charged. Anyone know the issue please give the solution.
