My lenovo A5000 suddenly stopped receiving signal from my network provider ( digi ) therefore I cannot receive or make calls , please what is the likely cause of this problem ?

Updated my A5000 but spec says 8mp front 5mp. How it can downgrade by 6mp front 2mp. Im very disappointed :(

I sent back this A5000 lenovo to store for reapair due to system hanging up. After more than 1 month they returned it to me. Now I am experiencing losing or kaypads disapearing. Whats the problem with this unit?

I have this phone last Dec.25,2015 and my problem to this phone are 3 keys in the bottom home key and the back key...i experience hung up....sometimes i lick my finger just to function thus key(s)..

I upgrade my Lenovo a5000 recently and haven't had any problem with it.. Am so much satisfied with the performance so far. I used the system upgrade option in the settings and I had enough data on my phone also sufficient battery to carry out the operation till the finish...

Hello
i updated my A5000 to lollipop and it not comfortable for me, i went to the customer support center to downgrade the software to kitkat again, they did it and they replace the main board also because the phone not responded during the upgrade, so if anyone need to downgrade to kitkat it is better to go to the local customer service center to do it.

On inserting a 32GB SD card, my a5000 phone hangs and will only respond when i remove the card from the phone slot. Could it be that the phone cannot accomodate a 32GB SD card or what exactly is the problem? Someone please help.

I tried to download an attachment (from Gmail) and had to stop because I'm about to disconnect from the wifi. So, I turn on my mobile data and the downloading continues (even if I don't want it to, because it consumes data).
Is there a way to stop the automatic downloading of unfinished documents? Because sometimes (most of the time, rather) I prefer to download with a wifi connection and not use my data.

Android specified a certain amount of space in phone memory for cache partition. It's inside the system files.
If cache partition is full with old app's dstas it will shows like u said.
All u need to do is go to recovery mode and clear cache partition.

good phone for its range.. battery is superb, u can go through your day without bother bringing powerbank. good performance for non gamers.. but better take p70 if prefer cameras more

This phone is really great. I'm using it for about 8 months already. I don't think it needs to be updated because it works better in KitKat. Also ,the battery really lasts long.
