Hello! I want to update this phones firmware but it seems that globe disabled the ability to update it. Whenever Im checking the latest version (in system upgrade) it always shows that the version is up to date but it's not. Can anyone help me?

Errol, 10 Dec 2015I cannot download coc due to incompatibility... Helpgo to settings then storage and clear the cached data then download COC.

This is a very bad phone please don't buy this phone and waist your money.horrible performence.its just 6 months for this phone but its very slow n and some many more disfuncionalitues

In Jordan - very low/weak signal. always no network signal even in 3G COVERAGE. SOME area can reach 1 or 2 bar signal, but other phone ... with same network and same place got 3G and full signal.

This is actually a really good phone for it's price range. Battery is extra good. It last about 3 - 5 days. It has a really nice display, it reasonably fast...all in all a really good and quality phone.
For those who have this phone or are thinking of buying it, just one recommendation. DO NOT UPGRADE TO LOLIPOP.
On KitKat (4.4.2) that comes with the device, the phone works awesome. On lolipop it has so many bugs nad glitches that it hurts.
What ever you do, do not upgrade to 5.0.2.
You should know that downgrading to KitKat is impossible because you can't find stock firmware for lenovo to download on the internet.
As for costume firmware, you can find them and customize your phone this way but you don't have many options. There are only handful of custom firmware's that works good with this phone.
All in all, if you what a good phone for basic use with long battery life, this is a phone for you. But if you like to customize your phones, please consider buying some other model and don't torture your self.
