When will Lenovo roll out the next upgrade ?? Do they know this issue is affecting many of us ?? :-( :-(

Will doing a factory reset clear my entire data ?
Will a backup to Google and then can I restore my data ? Like Messages ? Whats app ? My Photos etc ??
What all will be backed up while i do a backup to google servers ??

Lenovo, i just updated my lenovo A5000 two or 3 days ago then after that, it says it was a successful one, but as i checked, it doesn't recognize my sim cards..it says "NO SERVICE" now i cant use my phone because of that. But all of my apps and everything on my phone are functioning well, its just the sim cards are not.. How can i use my phone now?!! Please fix right away! PLEASE!

Try Clearing Cache and Dalvik... Try Factory Reset...

I had an update pop up and i installed the latest update that was pushed by Lenovo ... The Mobile doesnt recognize my SIM Cards anymore and the tells no service for both the SIM cards . Lenovo has such horrible Engineers and Testers ??? I am not able to make calls nor receive... Did the Lenovo guys test the software for basic functionality before they release such stupid updates ???? I am buying an Apple iPhone today ... Throwing Lenovo inside Garbage where it belongs ...

After I updated my phone (A5000) this night(Dec 02,2015) it won't read any of my SIM anymore! I keep on rebooting it still no good! Then I tried putting my SIM into a Samsung device and it worked! Please my dear Lenovo! Fix this RIGHT AWAY! I'm begging youuuuu! Plsssss!

Tap "Setting" > "Apps" > "All" > (your Apps name)"Security" > "Disabled",
ignore warning, just tap "OK"
that's all (do the same for other Apps)

Everybody who have problem with contacts after upgrade(5.0.2.). Pls. export your contatcs to SD card, delete contatcs from phone and again import contacts from SD card. It works for me.... Lenovo never more, it is schit. My experience from 4.4.2 to 5.0.2 android is the battery life is now 1-2days. Before 4-5-6 days!
