I installed the latest update which is 11 mb and I found there's no sim card detected and mobile networks can't be opened.... What can I do??

I just installed the latest update. No problem my a5000 is just ok. It runs smoothly. Just install the update folks no worries.

The last version is very bad . Battery lose charge faster and the SIM no contact .u must be find the solution soon

i had a system update two weeks ago, before it finished the phone shuts down and it does'nt boot even if you connect the charger, they call it " dead boot" everything on the system software were deleted. my friend just installed the software and it works again.

I also have a problem with last update, fail to restart. My device have warranty, I send it to Lenovo service and they said that motherboard need to be changed. This is big minus for Lenovo because this update was send from them and created many problems for they users. I work at electronic store and sell Lenovo product but after this I will reduce selling Lenovo products,in my case, about 90% of sale of any brand is what I recommend, not what buyer want.
