I have purchased this phone before 3 weeks it working nice it have a problem that the screen time out of the phone can't change it still in 10 min and call settings not available.

when i run the update it restarts then after some loading opens then error failed to install what should i do

A5000 after upgrade to lollipop..... no security option, no screen rotation option, no power saver option, no mute option, no call blacklist option, google chrome have no easy accessible multiple tab, drain the battery very fast and working slowly

what has happened?? ???? i updated my software and when i opened the file manager the category of storages are gone its plain white its like azus zenefone style thats why i choose lenovo coz of its features not to be like any phones

Just upgraded to lolipop - this is hilarious - you can take photos in 6 mpix only, although camera is 8 mpix. How can I recert it to kitkat?

I'm very disappointed with this lollipop upgrade, lots of great stuff are now missing, but the most important for me, the battery life is now much shorter.

Just upgraded to lollipop. where are the auto rotate ang power saving mode feature. even the quick access to profile is gone. grrrrrrrrr

2 days ago i receive the lollipop update for my a5000 for me the last update is better for kit kat, the usb otg is not working fine now, unlike in kitkat and many important features in settings and applications are gone. I was very dis appointed that i updated my phone,. Hope lenovo can fix it as soon as possible and released a new version of their lollipop system.

Hello, I have recieved lollipop update notification, but comments over this version are too scary. Can anybody suggest if I should upgrade or not? Also, if I upgrade, can I revert back to KitKat after factory reseting my device?
