I downloaded fb and its messenger and it did not sync the fb contacts to the phone so i reset the phone and updated everything and the same prob occurred whats should i do ?

I am using it from a week and I am sharing my experience with you peoples:
Kindly keep in mind I am giving numbers out of 10 only with compare to this category I mean 100$-150& phones.
Display:8.5/10 (Colors are good and punchy but over sharped a bit)
Camera:7/10 (Average to Good)
Battery:10/10 (with constant WiFi on,using Skype,whats App,massaging,calls frequently easily last 1.5 days,with moderate use 3 days and light use 4 full days)
Performance:8/10 (UI is very smooth and app opening time is good,overall good experience)
Build Quality:9/10 (A solid build quality)
Packaging:10/10 (Alot of free and quality stuff,charger,cable,hand free,back cover,front screen protector)
