My lenovo a536 mobile sd card and phone memory is not working simultaneously when I select sd card than mobile restarts every time. this problem occers also on phone memory please give me idea

it is not a good fone,my fon is just 4 months old but it faces many problem like when the call is just connect it just shut down,and i can't play musiz when data is on.It also shut down frequently.
