to all dears I face a problem with my lenovo a6000 hand set i start upgrading online its now show an option on the display by clicking OK it does not go a head it stoped on that option despite of clicking again and again.
I also show it to softwar enginer in my area but at last he feel sorry to this please help me if some one can.

why my lenovo lag often? especially when i use wechat...
when i see ram on recent app it show almost zero mb?
just use for 3 day and its very annoying...

My phone Lenovo 6000 get slow after Android update.. It's took lots of time to operate while I'm trying to use basic function phone call, messaging,contact search, and other more. Plz suggest me what will I do

Can someone tell me that, Is it mandatory to do factory reset after successful update of lollipop 5.0.2 on Lenovo a6000?
I'm facing problems such as-
-FB app is failing to update.Fb app hangs much.
-No app lock is working
-sometimes when home button is pressed, launcher collapses and shows message 'loading launcher'
-sometimes phone slows down responding
Please provide solution......

Keeping apps open in task manager helps to receive notification else it does not works.
Whatsapp is somehow an exception to this issue.

Performance was better with Kitkat.

After 5.0 update my whatsapp contacts name were not showing I gave it to service center they reset every thing now every thing is super fine and camera clarity became super thanks lenovo for giving lollipop update
