Can someone tell me that, Is it mandatory to do factory reset after successful update of lollipop 5.0.2 on Lenovo a6000?
I'm facing problems such as-
-FB app is failing to update.Fb app hangs much.
-No app lock is working
-sometimes when home button is pressed, launcher collapses and shows message 'loading launcher'
-sometimes phone slows down responding
Please provide solution......

To restore whatsapp contacts after successful lollipop installation follow the simple steps-
Contacts>settings>export/import>export from-phone>export to-sd card.
Settings>apps>contacts(clear data)
>contacts storage(clear data)
Reboot your phone.
Contacts>settings>export/import>import from-sd card>import to-phone.
Contacts>settings>contacts display>select phone contacts

Akabra, 14 Sep 2015Is there any app/tool which can be used to ensure all notif... moreNo there isn't. Only Lenovo or a rom developer can fix it. The only thing you can do is don't clear those apps from recent apps and get used to it because last time lenovo took months to fix it

Main problems I faced after updating to lollipop:-
1. Battery draining fast.
2. Games like asphalt 8 etc. are not running at all.
3. Launcher not responding after using the phone for sometime.
4.WhatsApp contacts sync problem (now resolved by backing up the contacts and clearing the data used by contacts apps and again restoring them).
