I bought my phone in the month of january. It was use to get heated every time and last week it went off and when I saw it in Lenevo Gallery they told I will have to change mother board!!!
Most of lenevo users had same problem in gallery, so before buying visit any lenevo gallery you will get your whole answers there only.

Put in the 4G sim card, make sure that you are in 4G coverage, and volia, 4G indicator at status bar.
Note that this phone doesn't natively support VoLTE (voice over LTE).

If your battery drains too fast, the reason may be a particular app or a system process using the processor constantly. Today I faced a similar issue. I left my phone at 85% battery while going to sleep. In the morning it was 34%. Almost 50% drained while just lying on the table.
I checked what caused the battery drain in Settings > Battery.
There was a process named MediaServer which has taken 60% of the total drain. I googled regarding that.
One solution was to clear the data of Media Storage in Settings > Apps. Go to all tabs and select Media Storage from the list. Clear data and force it stop. Then reboot your phone.
Once you do that the media files like photos and music will not appear in the gallery or music player app. They will not be deleted but loose their refereces that the app use to access. After reboot the media files should be scanned and appear in the gallery or the other apps. If it does not happen in 10 minutes of time then you will have to manually start the scan. This can be done by opening a photo or a music in the file browser. (I had to restart again to make the media available in the apps.)
This imporved my batttery efficiency back.

For those who your phones laggs too much even to use basic task like calling a contact and opening messages:
I found that to me this happens when I use or recently opened Chrome browser. I cleared data of chrome and forced stopped it from app settings. Now I use Opera browser for internet.
And I felt that Vibe UI is causing some lag too (I'm not sure if its true). I installed Google Now launcher. Is pretty smoother than Vibe UI.
Try you max not to use any widgets. Better run one messenger in background and restrict others to launch in the settings.
