I bought Lenovo A 6000 plus online on 11april 2016 from Flipkart. We can return/exchange goods purchased on Flipkart within a period of 30 days.
My mobile hang any time then plug out battery then switch on/off then moblie on.this problem face again again
Lenovo A 6000 plus is a smart phone.
When inquired on Flipkart.
Please guide me, I want my money back.

Camera is not good.
Also do not upgrade to Lollipop 5.0.2.
Dialer Issues and extreme heat up begun after update.
Contacts Sync not working.
Screen Rotation is not working. It stays is portrait mode after update

If you have an average Internet connection then i ymight be able to help you.. It's about flashing custom rom and all of that.. And you know what my phone have become supercool.. So yeah..

I bought Lenovo A 6000 plus online on 27th March 2016 from Flipkart. We can return/exchange goods purchased on Flipkart within a period of 30 days.
I Cannot use the Zoom feature for my downloaded pictures, which is a basic feature in every phone. I need this feature for the purpose of my studies.
Even the basic phones have this feature and Lenovo A 6000 plus is a smart phone.
When inquired on Flipkart, they say that "the phone is like that only" and we have to use it as it is!!
Please guide me, I want my money back.
