hi all,
i purchased the lenovo mobile lenove a6000plus. but the phone quality is very bad and its not work properly, i am regrating why i purchased this phone
1. this phone has very heating problem
2. the camera quality is very bad u can't zoom the image.
3. battry problem then battery cant work an one hour.
and i am trying to contact there contact number but i have can't response.

why did front camera changed from 8mp to 2 mp and back camera from 13 mp to 8 mp?

I already used this fon about 5 month and what can i say is this fon has a unfixable touchscreen problem that i been complaint since 3 week i used it..its lucky i still used this fon bcoz it gift from someone special..please lenovo team do somwthink..

Worst mobile in world. Not evwn 8 months i have changed touxh screen 2 wise ... worst part is with good ac temp if if go to warm temp outside phone will be watery due to moisture and then in 10 min mobile wont work ... mother board is gone.......

Kit kat version is not good upgrade to lollipop version
After lollipop updation my phone never heated
Some once Chang the board . go to nearest service center and change your smartphone board
You must wait to get board 10 days
First change your software and not resolved the problem please change your smartphone board

Lenovo a6000 plus is listed as volte supported handset in reliance Jio 4G supported list, but iam not able to call from my jio sim, is there any update or patch available to make it supported for jio 4G Volte?

there is a problem while calling any contact number ,even i tried several times .min it takes six to eight times to call a number
