I had some issues with my touch and screen and this is under warranty you can take it back to the store and they must change the screen and touch for no cost. it took a month to fix my phon because of a motherboard problem and screen.

The phone is awesome. Great performance which is doing everything with no problem. I have no touch problems or anything like it. I would recommend it to everyone. I was searching for a phone and my maximum price was 200 euros. A Samsung phone with this specs would cost more than 420 euros. The camera is good im day light, but if you take pictures with low light conditions then pictures will be less sharper.

Yes, I can confirm that there are, in fact, issues with the touch sensor. Oftentimes sensitivity is drastically reduced and I have to really push my finger for the phone to sense it and sometimes the lower left portion of the screen doesn't respond to any input at all. All of this manifested soon after I purchased the phone and doesn't seem to have any apparent reason or pattern to it. It alternates between working fine, working like a piece of garbage and partially not working at all at random. Turning the screen on and off or lightly tapping the touch multiple times somewhat helps, but not always. By the way, I had always been extremely careful with all my phones, so it's not like it just got dropped or anything.

really great and i never faced any problem like touchscreen and other buttons. i rooted it and i flashed Cyanogen 12.1 into it.

I am using this phone since 1 year..it has a lot of problems. Especially touch problem..the people who are facing touch problem they must to change their touch and display.. In Lenovo service center price of touch and display is 3500 rupee . people who are facing heating problem they have to use dr. Battery app..

i bought this model last year and i have been facing the touch screen problem for almost 2-3 months now. It is so bad till i have to rotate my screen to type messages and now it has gone worse. Almost 1 quarter of the screen is paralyzed. Its a good phone for the price, except for this annoying problem. Thinking of switching to another brand of phone soon.

i brought this phone jst 8 mnths bk.
i brought 32 gb memory card and hv inserted to da phone..its in the internal memory.. i have evn upgraded my OS. nw its in marshmellow version.. though i hv inserted the meory card evrything which all i store in the memory card like songs, videos, photos , apps, etc.. gets deleted... very annoyed by this.. dnt knw whats the problem with this .. can som1 help me figure this out,, infact i lost all important doc. frm my cell 3-4 tyms...
