After software update in 29th Aug sound system having some problem. At automatically goes to mute while I'm playing music. Even I increase the volume the result same! What should I do?

I cannot reccomend J7 as well as not used that. Go for any phone with 3 GB RAM if you are a heavy games user. One plus one or one plus 2 is an option

Dear friends this is the most spectacular mobile phone I saw in low cost!its features,its performance and camera quality is very good with a 5.5 inch HD screen this is a great phone for money

Durai, 27 Aug 2015I m confused to buy smartphone...
Suggest me friends..
... moreBought on the same day of launch . after using for almost 4 months the following is my observation .-- Over all phone ok.
1) speed is fine .
2) camera and pictures are fine
3)touch ok, but can be improved .
4)not very heavy but still would have been nice if it's still more lighter .
Cons .
1) Baterry takes long time to recharge, which is irritating .
2) hands free ear phone WORST QUALITY .And some reproduction not good . Have to purchase good one from market . Dont know which is suiting this economically .
3)Baterry drains fast .
4) unnecessary Apps Pre loaded and unable to uninstall occupying space
5)After installing extra 16gb memory card , unable to shift all Data/Apps to it . Moreover whenever anything is downloaded Apps/games, etc ,it says no space .Am unable to store anything or click pictures .Always getting message that no space available .I find all are complaining this problem . without solving this problem it is waste of having this phone .
6)Even after registering SynCit , am unable to log in !!!!
7) Not all contacts stored in my Gmail contact is getting transferred .!!!!
8) User manual in detail for using different functions of this phone not given . and is not freely available in the net .Have to try company website .

look at my answers as below
1. heating issue - really , it happens after long using or heavy gaming ? after long using no after heavy gaming yes, a bit, not too much
2. sound problem - a couple of users alleged about its poor sound quality ... is it so ? call quality is excellent, speaker quality for music is poor
3. lagging issue - has it suffered from any kind of lagging issue ? no problems, no lagging at all. it is octacore and 2 gb ram.
4. it's providing 2900mah battery - how it's performance ?? ...extremely bad, just example i made it full charge last night before going to bed, it is 1030 am now. my charge left is 60 % very mildly used, not even a single call till now. make it out yourself. so carry a power bank with you while you travel long.

Dont wait, get a replacement unit. Wishing it will solve your issues !!!

Internal memory is not 8 Gb..Its 4 Gb...in dat 4. 2 Gb is for inbuit apps...so its only 2 Gb
