When I do factory reset, it is taking more than 5 mins for loading. And at this time the mobile was getting really hot. I purchased it from flipkart. I have option for replacement. Is it normal or should I go for replacement. Plz reply soon

i feel its good and battery backup but its better to go k3 note if u afford 1k extra .a7000 has many features .

Any one can help me my prefered network is fixed to 2g in mobile network settings.How to get to 3g network . preferred network is not highlighted its fixed and cant change it .
