take...out...the...battery and insert it again. then press and hold Volume up button along with Power button. one new screen will appear of options. choose factory reset option and let it reset then reboot.

For people who bought the phone recently, I'd say DONT update to S177 (the A7000-a_PLUS_S177_160121_ROW update) from what I'm reading from the comments, it's most gonna make your phone laggy. Better to stick with Android 6.0 and enjoy life for the time being... until a stable version releases.

Well,while i using this phone...i can't play GAMELOFT games.. just like modern combat 5, asphalt 8, nova freedom edition, gt racing... cause every time when i play it, not more than 10 minutes become so much lag...
And also, i can't play GTA 5 because lag too..
And still have many game i can't play because lag...
Anyone have this problem? Mine is Android 5.0.2... S177_row

yes its the best.... I can say it's a high-end type of android phone yet so affordable. Much better than Samsung J series
