OK. I'm using the Kingmax microSD, well, my problem is after I using it in a few's months, until today, i started not seeing any of my memory card in the phone. can i know what is the problem?

I tried to root, but nothing works. Kingoroot didn't work. Any steps without virusses or signups would be great.

It's been more than a year since I've bought this phone. It's one of the best octa-core in the smartphone market. Quite a big screen, and can do everything! 5MP camera, lots of stuff for an extremely reasonable price!
