For all chinese lenovo A850 owners, you can download and install lastest official english rom here http://www.needrom.com/mobile/lenovo-a850-row/ . This rom works fine on my chinese lenovo A850. It comes with playstore. For installation instruction, read in the link.

Ive read some comments that the GPS works even without phone data connection. Its uses the same technology as normal satnd alone GPS navigator. How does this work on a850? trying to find a way of using the GPS withou using 3g / data phone. Cant find it how to do that. Can anyone help me?

Lenovo support is really bad
Lenovo A850 has problems, but Lenovo is not responsible!!!!

please release an update where we can transfer files to sd..i'm completely dissapointed on this phone it has only 2gb of internal memory and it updates other application where it consumes again the limited space .kindly solve this problem for all the a850 users
