I just received my new A916 and I'm unable to make it work on the network in Canada. I've read all the posts here and I saw a lot on the dual sim problem but I can choose between sim1 sim2 or dual so that part seems ok. I know my phone is rooted because I checked it with a root checker. My phone stays on searching network. When I go in the settings of the sim where the card is installed, the phone see the provider "Rogers" but doesn't give me a signal where I should have one, I tried outside because I read that some people had signal problem. So far I feel I waisted my money. I bought this phone for my daughter and I would like it to work. Can someone help me please. Thanks

Just to let everyone know, that if you download google keyboard from the play store, it changes the keyboard sensitivity and runs much smoother. For some reason it does not change the look but it works much better.

can i transfer pictures, apps, mp3s etc to my memory slot or not because one user said that she couldn't! i'm thinking of buying it so a quick response would be perfect! thank you in advance :)

None, 04 Aug 2015My phone doesn't have YouTube. So, I install from playstore... moregoogle 4.5.17 version youtube apk and install. remember not to update it. mine using this youtube vetsion. working fine. others youtube version not working.

I cannot get my apps to transfer to the 2nd. sim card I have tried a 16 mb and a 32 mb and I still can't get it to transfer, can anyone tell me how I should do it

For those who have problems with the sensitivity of the screen try to remove the screw that is close to the headphone jack , top left , that worked for me.
someone could help me with the problem of very low or no cellular signal ?
