Lenovo k3 note, and it has more problems I detected like from the camera, the software OS lilipop onthe "settings" area cannot be clicked and some of the apps cannot work.
On the camera side, the beautyface 1-7 is not working...
Thank you for your advice, I think your right it has a spyware virus.

I can't believe how many negative remarks there are about this phone. i only paid 130 delivered from ebay, for a octocore process 5.5 screen an 1G ram. All you need to do is put a custom ROM or root your phone and get rid of all the bloatware, my phone only uses 37% of the ram on average now. No issues with performance at all.

Bought my Lenovo A916 on ebay in July 2015. The phone was loaded with spyware. The spyware is embedded in the phone software. If you reset the phone, the spyware remains. Malwarebytes Antivirus App can detect the spyware but cannot remove it. The phone shipped with this spyware (and much more): Android/Spy.SMS.Thief.be Android/Backdoor/GinMaster Android/Trojan.Fadeb.a Androd/PUP.Adware.ShinyMob.a The spyware consists of key stroke spying software (when you tap the keyboard it records the information you are entering; especially online passwords) and multiple SMS spying trojans (to send the information it has stolen from your phone to a cybercriminal in China). The reason for this spyware is to steal your details, access online accounts and steal your money. It is difficult to know where the spyware originated, but its very dangerous and impossible to remove using Nortons or Malwarebytes. I would recommend anyone in the United Kingdom to stay well away from these phones. I phoned Lenovo's help desk and they say that Lenovo does not sell these phones in the UK; they come from China and Hong Kong. If you feel you need to give all your online information and your money to a poor cybercriminal in Hong Kong... this phone is for you. If not, never, ever, contemplate buying one of these.
