the above mantion modelno A2107A-H phone service not working just oprating only masseging working but call incoming and outgoing is not working sim is active and have a proper signal all setting are ok plz help me about this

lenovo idea tab a2107 gsm call suport or not because why daul sim given if gsm supory how can use because not simble are aivllable on tab please reply them.
