guys please tell me how to disable volume buttons function after phone locked because i put the phone in silent. sometimes the volume button pressed accidentally so the phone exit the silent mode

vikash, 27 Jan 2016Sir Actually I am facing a problem related to Camera video ... morewhen phone mounted on PC...try changing file format of video file such as it it was .mp4 try changing it to MKV and so on and vice versa etc. sometimes the videos may be corrupt...could also be a sd card issue or read/write error on the storage location if external storage, try backing everything up and then format the external storage (preferably using a usb sd card reader or sd card adapter rather than phone but not necessity) then put your backed up files back on and try making another video... could also look up video recovery software on google to fix any corruption that may have occurred in the video. more than likely, your sd card is cheap & unbranded, thus less reliable sadly.

nani, 27 Jan 2016video song downloads but the not save in sd card so pls te... moreget a file explorer from google play then check built in storage...also check storage settins in settings and change default install location to external sd card; it probbly just saved itself to your internal storage as default.

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. for initial 1 month, amazing performance. Then I cannot receive any network, whereas the same networks are available on other phone in the same location.

Sir Actually I am facing a problem related to Camera video 1080p quality....Actully It Plays only in MObile phone ......and made by this phone videos not being play in Computer Software AS VLC Player....Why this.......and plays in phone only.

I am using lenovo k3 not from last 2 months, I love this phone, battery life is awesome, camera quality is nice.... overall it's a good deal in this price tag :)

Worst phone ever seen cheap phone in cheap price you can not get quality product in cheap price everything is fine till the time phone working once any issue occurs. Suddenly you will find there is noone to help you out from lenovo side. They totally dependent on Service Centers which operated by third party vendors and there are only 2-3 service centers of lenovo in delhi. No customer care number on technical support available no other queries they can answer you can not esclate any thing if you write any mail related to service center they share the same mail with service center and service center behaviour will be change against you. this phone has issue with its touch screen and mother board. My phone is with service center from last 2 months as no part available. so advice dont buy this phone

worst phone from december im not getting proper signal lock button is also not working once the product is fulfill then release it dont cheat the public worst features

I have been using this phone since 2nd December. Network signal is very very bad. I cannot calling and answering by this phone but my old samsung phone has full signal at the same location and time and indoor photos are very bad.Company not trying to improve their product but they launching new mobiles day to day, I think it will ruin their reputation coming days. All launching phones are same features in different names. Customer must check this before buying Lenovo products. They are trying to fetch more income from different names of product but features are almost same. It will soon out of market if they don't change their greedy mind.
