I have K3Note which doesn't allow me to call from a 4G Sim, could not connect the call. Its majar problem. I bought it for the 4G facility.Internet work but not calling facility

I bought this phone 20 day ago.I couldn't delete watsap recording from phone storage even after trying so many times it shows delete option but doesn't delete any of the watsap recordings ..plz help what to do.

Hi Guys,
I purchased lenova k3note 2 months back, i add no issue for about 1month now i amhaving issue with charger even iam keeping the battery for whole day and night the battery is not getting full it is getting charged max 40%, So now i am worried wht to do as i brought it from snapdeal..now whom to contact pls help.
