I am using this phone since 1st day of launch in India and very happy with the phone. u cant think of getting any better phone than K3 Note in this range, gr8 phone by Lenovo..

I have ordered k3 note from flipkart during christmas sale and waiting eagerly for it. Have been reading all these posts for last 2weeks and want to share my understanding on the necessary steps that should be followed after purchasing the phone:
1) Immediately check for faults like screen crack, touch not working etc. These things are due to the hardware only and should be replaced soon.
2) calibrate the battery as described in here.
3) get the latest update (is factory reset required after getting the update? Can someone plz clarify)
4) remove all unwanted apps that you dont need or dont use.
5) from time to time, clear cache, clear background apps.
At the end of the day, it is a budget phone under 10k and it may not do miracles. But under careful use we can do wonders with it. Otherwise it is your money your choice.
I will post my impressions after getting the phone. Feeling excited already!

Hi Guys,
Have ordered K3 Note mobile thru online and eagerly waiting for this mobile. Will write the review, once have a look .. Hope this is going to be nice phone ... As per my opinion, with this range, you can't get any mobile with these features.

I dropped my phone while it's charging and it began doing that. The prongs (little sticks holding the cable inside) probably got pushed and got stuck. From what I know you can't do much about it (maybe fix it). The best solution I can tell you is to put some money into getting a new charger (it's a good investment) don't get a cheap one because you'll end up buying a new one really soon.

This phone is feature rich but bad mechanical design, the case flexes and damages the touch digitizer screen, the service centers attempt to charge you for replacing the LCD and touch screen without respecting warranty, almost impossible to replace touch screen without damaging LCD so machine is not serviceable economically and has a high ownership repair cost.
I scrapped my machine,DO NOT buy this product you will always have touch screen problems. XIAOMI Redmi Note 2 is same product, avoid!
