My bitter experiences with Lenovo K3 Note. After buying Len K3, I applied online for its registration to avail one year free warranty. They started making excuses. They asked for Sr No & IMIE No. I sent. They again asked for the bill. I uploaded the image of the authentic bill having all info- Invoice no., date, CST & BST nos. They again refused. It is a buyer's legal right to have one year free warranty. Lenovo refused.
On technical support side, their response is too poor. I found that app icons could not be set alphabetically by a simple menu. They are to be done manually - too tedious. They accepted this deficiency of Len K3 but only after several reminders and keeping us waiting for so long. So such is the worthless after sales service a consumer could expect from Lenovo? Other technical problems I faced with this phone are still not answered by Lenovo.

Omi, 03 Nov 2015Hi guys... Plz suggest mi Lenovo K3 is good or Asus zenfone 5 ? if you talk about the user experience, zenfone 5 is more user friendly, nad lenovo comes with a new ui, both the phones are smooth and fast, but i would suggest you to go ahead with Lenovo k3 note, try it, u'll love it.

I am not facing such issues with my keyboard. I think it may be because of a faulty keyboard app or setting. I suggest that you install a different keyboard app like Swype Keyboard from playstore.
Hope it works or if does n`t work then call service center..

Hi, I brought Lenovo k3 Note 4days back and it heats up badly. I tried using it without internet (Without SIM LITERALLY) and tried playing some inbuilt games, then also it heated up badly that I thought of using it for ironing my cloths. Battery is something I am yet to experience.

I too have problem with d key board. Wen I do fast typing, it does not respond to my actions. There is a tym lag like old china phones. Sometimes I need to tap d same key 4 to 5 times to type a single letter.... Another problem is with d battery. I undstan that battery backup is not that good but it is also taking lot of tym to get charged. Not reaching 100% even aftr keeping it for 7 hrs...

for people that wanted good back up battery try lenovo vibe p1m of course it lack performance compare A7000+ and k3 note
