There are many outta here who are using a... moreLooks like you have never used a high spec phone before. Whatever heating is there its absolutely normal as compared to HTC, Iphone or any samsung device which cost 40k+ for the same set of specs.
Expecting a delicious cooked food without being heated does n`t make any sense.Do some research on heating smartphones on youtube or reputed websites and rectify your knowledge.

Coming on to its hardware supporting the new version then Android one phones running Android M have more or less the same hardware.
So definitely lenovo do not upgrade the version of Android on all phones :)
