With normal use,lowest brightness level and no battery consuming app like facebook,whatsapp,avast,cleanmaster etc my battery consumption details are-
In use-2hrs 30min ,standby time-18hrs,battery is 64% after full charge
My 1% battery remains for 4 to 5 min approx.
What are your battery consumption details guys?
Lets checkout how is battery life of everyone and what might be the reasons of fast battery drain of many people.?

So I have been throne out of this forum.
My 4 comments throughout the day not appeared here.
This is after all against public interest.
I was showing company's inability to solve problem of FAULTY BATTERY.
Everybody closely look behavior of your BATTERY when it comes to 30%,25% & 21% it will DRAIN very fast within 2 to 3 minutes will reach 15%.
It is not normal. When we pay full amount to purchase why we get this type of BATTREY with k note 3.
From this forum advice given for waiting till new updates comes.
Already 3 updates came to settle other problems like HEATING & so on.
Why Company not checked all parts of mobile before launching.
Due to their hesitation public have to suffer unnecessarily & that due to blind faith on company product by paying advance money.

In my phone K3 Note there is some problem regarding keypad. Sometimes keypad of right side of the phone doesn't work . Please guide me if there is any solution and there is no any hang problem . Phone is very smooth . I love it . Please Give Any solution for above mention Problem.

Why asphalt 8 still lag where as mc5 have been fixed after 332 mb update please any solution.

samsung note 2 uses cortex A9 architecture which is not very power efficient whereas k3 note uses newer generation cortex A53 architecture which is designed for efficient power using.
as you already told that note 2 and k3 battery backup is almost same at your usage pattern. it clearly shows that k3 battery is not comparable to 2012 model samsung note 2.

However, in this phone their is considerable battery drainage happening. Have used good number of phones over the years, can say this is somewhat lagging on the battery front.
Andriod does require better hardware than windows or Ios but still the comparison i am doing is with android phones. Have given due weight age to its specs and the price it is being offered at but still find it is some what wanting on the battery front.

can't move application to sd card
bbm scan barcode does not work
touch screen failure, dead area,"d" and "r" letter most of the time not respond to the touch.

Android also is a power hungry OS needs high end hardware to run smoothly and hence even 3000mah battery is not sufficient..
still...You should also look which app is eating more battery & is that app essential to you.. if u do not at all use an app that is power hungry then you can disable/uninstall that...

changed the settings to manual to use 2g only and still the battery was not up to the mark..

What you have said about power banks is completely right, that is what they are here for. But does that mean a phone should not be working to its potential?
That is the point I highlighted with respect to battery backup of my lenovo note. It is less than what it should be and I am writing this based on not just one phone but three lenovo note phones.
You can tend to disagree as all are open to voice their opinions.

Its as simple as that. Still you are not happywith your purchase .. you have every right to share yourfeedback.
moreover now a days smartphones have replaced a lot of gadgets and hence people want good hardware as well as better battery which is still a problem and hence there are a lot of solutions in the market.
why do you think we now have market for power banks!! i just bcoz our present needs for battery backup are not meeting our use and we want more juice...

A friends k3note showed poor battery backup and when i saw the details i found out that more than 50% was consumed by signals.. which clearly showed that he was using 4G/3G and at his location network signals were poor and hence the power consumption... you need to find what could be the problem behind more battery consumption.. Find it !
