To some of us the price tag is too high and we expect the device to come bundled with a Bose ear plugs and even a 32 GB SD card.

Most of the battery related issues will go if Lenovo consider providing us 5.1.1 update or may be they are planning to directly update it to Android Marshmallow.

Anonymous, 09 Sep 2015A7000 no 1080screen.K3 note's full HD screen and its superior 1.7 GHz 64 bit octacore processor is the winner. I recall HTC used to ask almost twice the amount of K3 note for similar processor.

I had the same dilemma. K3 note wins the race as far as its octa core processor, full HD screen, Dolby atmos sound etc are concerned. On the other hand g3 is superior considering its strong build quality, water resistant coating, gorilla glass protection, better design and above all pure Android experience with moto being the first in releasing Android OS updates.
If you are not specifications hungry then moto g3 is the right choice for you. To me specifications matters the most so I opted for K3 note but in future I will own g3 or its advanced version.
Now choice is yours.

Do not worry they will now provide you with the original K3 note battery else that young guy would jeoparadize his job and blacklisted to work in future in any other technical company. This is life buddy and this is how you straighten any person who doesnot co-operate :). Henceforth do not be in a hurry to replace or change anything. Discuss in here and we would try our level best to help you out.

I have sent copy of my experience Which I presented here to LENOVO service head department they confirmed receipt of complain.
As suggested by them contacted main smartphone service helpline no 18003007678. They politely replied & tried to contact local service station but nothing happened.They given me Mumbai service head office no. Due to continue busy line can't be contacted.
Meanwhile I met local service office & everybody were aware of development of issue. Spoken politely & taken a week time for replacement of k3 note battery.
There was not a single word in mouth of young man a technical person who replied
Yesterday evening Wrong fully on telephone.
I don't know after a week what type of BATTREY they are going to replace I will definitely share here.
This issue is not bigger but we have to take strong steps against this type of Misbehavers & our rights.
Thanks to LENOVO service helpline for prompt action.
