      And I had the set till the 296mb and 82mb updates. They didn't help.

      Tried Docomo, Aircel and Airtel sims. Same issue.

                    Motorola is a daughter company of Lenovo. If moto can provide timely Android updates then why not the parent company.

                    Lenovo should consider 5.1.1 update for Lenovo K3 note. Many users have reported battery issues. This will help fix it.

                    We also look forward for Marshmallow update which recently been announced by Google.

                      In any case Lenovo should provide 5.1.1 update. This will improve batter life.

                      Hope Lenovo comes up with Marshmallow update in future considering that several million devices have been sold alone in india.

                          I have been using K3 note for more than a month now.

                          No heating or WiFi issue even after OTA update

                          Batter backup is fine. It's not like as mentioned by this guy. Set the screen brightness to auto mode.

                          No issue with SIM cards. I have installed two 4G airtel sims. 4G works excellent

                          I do accept that back cover quality is not great but you can purchase an additional flip or back cover.

                          OTG works fine.

                          With 64 bit octacore 1.7 GHz processor coupled with 2 GB RAM you enjoy a smooth experience.

                          You have got no right to compare the build quality of K3 note with S6 and others considering its price tag of just 10k. Lenovo has bundled if will all features that you can expect in a high end phone.

                          Don't expect a great build quality, gorilla glass protection, finger print scanner, water resistant coating etc. After all you are just paying 10k.

                          A great performance is assured.

                            i also get only 5 hours on screen time in 2G only.

                                This fone is very good and i never insert sd card and use instead through otg with sexy tiny quantum card reader and it never lag so i suggest those who have this use class 10 sd for better performance most common issue its the sd card that makes fone to lag.

The same happened with me. Furthermore choose the bset settings for movies, songs, games and Voice. It works without any issue.

                                        1. On screen time we have no idea how you got for 4 hrs and dat too struggling. With 3G i personally get 16hrs.
                                        2. Thermal throttling issue was present with 296mb update but not with the latest one as that has been fixed.
                                        3. Back cover is semi ruberized plastic and it wont break off easily as u feel
                                        4. Not noticed any problem with the sim. Maybe ur handset had some problem.
