Hi Friends, I am a happy owner of K3. I too had the problem of wifi and hotspot and was really worried. On contacting Lenovo tele support at 1800-3000-7678 (toll free), the problem was set right in a couple of minutes, under their guidance. The problem is cos of some OS bugs. It would be better to call from a land line, as the instructions that they give can be straight away put on the phone. Earlier Shareit and Exend were not working. Now it is perfect. One of my friends also got his phone corrected like this. Please pass this on to all friends who face this problem with K3. This is a very minor problem. The phone is really excellent. An OS update of 85 MB is also available. I am not sure whether this problem will get solved through this OS update.

Hey Techfreak,why gaming in high settings lag on this device,dont say because of gpu because other phones with same specs performs way better than this.

my battery is draining quickly while using 3g (its 4hrs)
in 4hrs its coming to end
also there are no apps in the background that consume data
screen brightness is average
can i use another battery of lenovo
phones
like
lenovo k80
lenovo P780
lenovo P770
all having 3500-4000mah battery
or using it will cause some harm to my k3 note
can i use them or not

I purchased this lenovo k3 note recently just 21 days before. This product has so many bugs which lenovo should fix asap.
1: The SIM mostly goes off and did not restore automatically once the signal is restored.
2: taking two to three hours time to charge the battery from 1% to 100%
3: the mobile data and WiFi should interchange based on the availability. But every time I have to swipe it manually. Even though the mobile data is set on its not showing any GPRS signal.
4: I am using dual sim. But bcz of conflict of some technical issue most often the second sim is cross marked means not available. So every time switch off remove battery and switch on.
5: its 2 gb ram device. But always show some 400 to 500 mb free. Where is 1.5 gb consumed.
Request to lenovo to make some quick updates for fixing these issues.
I am very sad bcz of these bugs.

See some apps start up while the set is switched on. Go to Power manager - Background App management and click all except Whatsapp and come out. You will see the wonder.

All products are governed by laws and there is nothing fraudulent and malpractices that is allowed cause they are goverened b International law's. Futhermore the hardware specified is 100% correct else it wud put Lenovo to put down their shutters. Please do not talk like a novice and confuse people in here. Check ur phone with diagnostics which can check hardware like CPU-Z. Thanks.
