Also cllering back running application two three times daily.
Maximum free RAMs average 850 to 1050 sometimes above 1250.
Minimum 350 RAMs.
No heating issues found up to 40 c. Local temperature average 34 c.
Tempered glass attached but no touching problem.
Camera best quality.
Very smooth in every tasks.

My uses of device as follows.
On screen you tubes---- 48%. Approx
Chrome. 24%
Office. 18%
What's up. 12%
Gmail. 4%.
Calling time. 50 to 60 minutes.
Steps taken for better battery backup..
Most of the time in Battery saving mode
At night in ultimate mode
Maximum time restricted back data
After 4 -- 5 days clearing caches of applications wich using regularly.
Brightness at lower level, manually.
Is there anything wrong, please suggest.
On above situations I gets Onscreen 51/2 to 61/2 hours. Other stand time.
Above from morning 8-30 am to 10-30pm
Battery from 100%. to 5% at night.
One more thing observed at Charging 99% to 100% takes 6 to 8 minutes. Total Charging time 2-40 to 2-50 hours.
# Battery draining fast in between 22% to 15% with in 3 to 6 minutes.
Hope will understand my problem, is it normal or any suggestions.

Press together : POWER + VOLUME UP
+ POWER BUTTON until Lenovo logo appear, then release power and continue press VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN together until menu appear
Choose: Reset Device or Wipe data or Clear eMMC

As I said, generally I am very pleased with their products and after sales support. But incidents like mine with this phone, makes me having second thoughts on how they find their resellers and if they follow their productivity and reputation.

I hope lenovo will get more serious, my belief having a laptop and used the warranty was that lenovo is a serious manufacturer with great after sales support and response. Cannot say the same about some resellers of theirs. It should ring them some bells. Maybe I have to send them an email with all the data.

I assume vickmall's after sale support is a ghost, paypal's help is a joke, finally I will have to buy a new screen change it and be lucky if the phone works at least as it used with all the suffering it gave me.

Anyway regardless the rom the issue is the viruses, the lags, the high temperature, loosing wifi signal, stopping the second sim card signal and finally the screen that does not respond now. So, for a new phone there are a lot of issues don't you think? Thank you. ps and not to forget the seller's absense after my email about the screen. In that email I had a link to the video to show them that the phone it is not broken specially the screen and the actual problem. They preffered to disappear.
