Lenovo K3 Note

I received lenovo k3 note around a week back and everything was going well before 284mb update but as soon as update the fone and connected the fone to my laptop to transfer some media files it start charging and not giving access to storage then I disconnect it and after some time I tried to charge the fone through Ac charger and I found a strange problem the fone is not at all charging while the fone ON so I have to switchd off the fone in order to charge it.(the is charging only when the fone is switched off)
I do not know what's the problem.
Later i just Google about it and found that some people have already encounterthe same problem.
Does anyone have any idea about the issue.

I brought k3 last 20days before ...no any issues in handset.but one thing .how use super power function ...i try many times but no any reponse...so plz help for using super power..and i have no earphone ..i use my samsung simple ear phone with Lenovo k3 ..but its sound is not sufficient no qualities..so plz suggest which company and which type of ear phone best for good sounds with calling support also in k3 note for best Dolby sound.....

I bought this mobile, and i am pretty impressed with it, great performance for a mobile in this price bracket. Gaming performance is decent, as it has a 1080p display, so the it's not as smooth as it is on Lenovo A7000 but there's a huge difference in display quality, K3 Note's display is brighter and sharper than that of A7000.
Free RAM available to the user is less on the K3 Note as compared to the A7000: 850MB and 1,100 MB respectively.
Battery backup is decent.
Lenovo should work more on it's Vibe UI to provide better user experience.
Great Buy!!
Waiting for a Lollipop 5.1 update.

I have some problem data cannectivity it not accept 4G airtel & stop 3G cannectivity to vadafone when disable airtel then connect 3G vodafone

Lenovo k3 note does not support external storage like pen drive.. What the hell..???? Lenovo care do something else lenovo brand is not going for long lasting..
