The new update have soleved the following issues:-
1) No ear burning issues while on call
2) Battery backup has improved by miles
3) Touch has become much smooth
4) Wifi is performing much faster than before and so is bluetooth
5) Sleep option has been added to the shortcut menu
6) Set is super cool even while doing heavy duty tasks
7) Front camera mirror option now can be controlled in the settings
8) For brighter picture ith front camera 'Fill Light' can be used.
9) Some tweaking has been done for memory management. Will try to find it out.
10) Cannot provide the details of games as I am not a gamer. Someone who observe this may please share his/her idea.
11) Sound has enhanced like anything and is sounding more better now, though it normally used to produce a very good sound.
12) Battery in sleep is real idle and doesnt consume a single %.
13) Some wallpapers have been added.
14) Some apps still remain non removable, so this needs to be looked into next update.
15) Camera performance has become better and that is well noticed.

Both phones are good but I personally like K3note over Honor 4x...if want latest software and best resolution go for K3note and if u want average phone with old software go for Honor 4x
K3note has lots software glitches like battery draning, over heating, wifi problem etc which they are fixing by software update. They already fixed wifi problem and heating issues and battery draining problem also improved a lot. Lollipop 5.1 will fix all those problems..so do not worry...............just wait...............it is best phone in 10k range.

Can anyone plz tell me the maximum screen on time they got on this device. From 100% to 0% on one single charge. No in between charging. And mention on which version of Android, that is kitkat or lollipop. Thanx in advance.

Anonymous, 17 Aug 2015How good is the battery of Lenovo K3? How long does it last... moreK3note is a good phone....battery giving me 1 day backup. It is taking 2.30 hours to charge from 10 to 100%. K3note has high end hardware so this backup is quite good...and it will be increased when they update software to 5.1...i am also waiting for this...............all other phones running by lollipop 5.0 have same draining problem..........it is not the fault of lenovo...zenfone 2 has same problem and so on. Look of k3note is awesome..it is light like feather ..i like it while Honor 4x is heavy....

When you say lesser battery backup(2900... moreModerate use of wifi , 3g, whatsaap etc Honor 4x giving me 2 to 2 and half day backup while same use mobile k3note giving me 1 day..maximum. Keep in mind Honor 4x powered by kitkat and k3note lollipop 5.0 ...honor 4x has 720 p display while k3note has 1080p display....lollipop 5.0 known as battery hunger........all other phones running by lollipop 5.0 have same result.............

Screen resolution 720p...very nice but k3note better in this area. k3note screen quality is awesome. Right now lots of bugs in k3note...they are solving slowly by software upgrading. k3note has inbuilt call record option which Honor 4x do not have. Overall performance Honor 4x rating from my side is 8 out of 10 where k3note 7 out of 10...hope this will help u. Best thing in Honor 4x is battery performance. It is easily giving me 2and half day with normal use....and same use k3note giving me 1 day...............

I just completed the 85mb update and observed that the system RAM usage is a little better now. I was at a point where i was getting only 500 -600mb available ram after all clean up. Now it is consistently at 900+ after clean up. This could also help battery life.

After 85 mb update i am facing one major issue is that Smart App Lock application is not able to lock application like gallery,messenger etc. One more problem is still there from mobile launch is that there is no provision to add anniversary event in contact like birthday event where as this feature is available with Lenovo A7000 and Lenovo A6000 plus. Any one have solution ?

Good phone..no over heating....great camera.. Good performance. What is 300mb update...I got it... Any changes after it...I suggest this phone...maximum temperature is 41degree....

Didn't liked the phone,it heats on excessive usage, if anybody wants I have sealed pack arriving by 20 th aug, which is replacement of my current phone due to heating issue, I live in Chandigarh hemantvig at gmail.
