My lenovo k3 note is download new version 6.0 and old is 5.0 and when it getted restarted the device is not getting started it is hanged at 49% so give me solution

One of the worst phone I have come across..
No battery back up .
🔋 goes Zero within 2 hours
Be Indian slogan stopping accepting import from other country only waste product is been sent to India .
We use it happily.

k3 note actually is a good phone for those seeking budget phone...heating issues n insensitive touch screen noted bcos of its mediatek processor compared to snapdragon.try to go settings>power manager>backgrnd app mgmt to stop auto start apps to automatically shutdown unused apps while in sleep mode this works for me n prolong standby time.its my 2nd year of use n not having so much problem with my set...the good thing about this phone is u can play with customized roms n find which ever suits ur lifestyle..mine still stick with stock debloated MM...

Lenovo provides the worst phone ever. It just lures you at cheap rates and provide some latest software but nothing good happens from it.
Heating issue:-wheever you talk for more then half a hour than your phone will be hot as lava
Touching issue:- it is like a special feature provided by this phone or an inbuilt feature of this phone. After some short usage period it will definitely create touching issue and you will face problem
Hang issue:- phone will hang after sometime for sure.
Overall I will not suggest anyone to buy this phone and if you are trying to repair it please don’t waste your money anymore . It is total waste as defect is inbuilt and not any external problems.

i have purchased lenovo k3 note as my friend told me. but after purchasing with in 3 months touch pad and back button not working and since 6 months phone gets hanged 10 times a day i am very fed up by this phone some times i feel throwing the phone on the wall when it hangs. really this phone is very very worst phone. friends pls dont buy this phone really waste .

Guys, help would be appreciated!
I tested battery, it has 2.200 if so (mAh).
Battery for me, can't last 1 day!
Not many chargers can charge this one, only original. For example Today in my car, GPS and internet, and my car can't charge it, it drains out battery on LOWEST brightness more than it can charge?! APSURD!
I'm very unhappy with it. Screen is not usable on normal day light :(, ... etc etc.
Do I do something wrong?! I have original 5.0 OS on it.

dear, 05 Aug 2017Worst company ever. It's not voLTE as well as u 900 feature... morewhen this phone was launched at that time neither JIO was in India Nor VoLte service was available, that is why this phone was not featured with those functions. Hope you understand

Worst company ever. It's not voLTE as well as u 900 features.. voLTE helps to voice call facility for Jio. Many of networks disconnects if the phone is nt u 900 supported.. total waste of money.........they dont support customers
