I'm reading reviews of k3 from its launching & finally decided for not buying this... many peoples getting problems with this like heating,less battery backup, poor camera quality, wifi not working, lag during high end games & also its killer sar value.
lenovo cheated peoples So not going with k3....

Everything good except battery management. Past 1 week i tried with dual sim with data connectivity ...
SIM 1 - Vodafone with 3G Data active, SIM2 - Airtel, During night hours (10 PM to 6 AM, Only some whatsapp msg recd.), Battery % reduced 100 to 97
SIM 1 - Airtel with 4G Data active, SIM2 - Vodafone, During night hours (10 PM to 6 AM, Only some whatsapp msg recd.), Battery % reduced 100 to 95
SIM 1 - Vodafone, SIM2 - Airtel with 4G Data active , During night hours (10 PM to 6 AM, Only some whatsapp msg recd.), Battery % reduced 100 to 84
SIM 1 - Airtel, SIM2 - Vodafonewith 3G Data active, During night hours (10 PM to 6 AM, Only some whatsapp msg recd.), Battery % reduced 100 to 88
There was an serious battery draining issue with SIM 2 with data active. Maybe the lenovo's first dual 4G both sim supported reason,
Anyone noticed that issue?

k3 note is overall good but sometime it hangs,the company says that the RAM is of 2gb but its not so.

vijay, 27 Jul 2015battery is very low, heating problem its not good performan... moreVijay, battery does give a good backup and heating issue has been fixed much with the 296 mb update, so I dont know how u say its bad. Anyways choice is urs.

AnonD-420140, 27 Jul 2015Techfreak G what's your screen on usage time and stand ... moreBro majority of the time my set is being used and it hardly sleeps. It only sleeps for 6 hrs when i sleep :). With this i get a full day battery backup. I am not a hard gamer so playing Candy crush or soda does reduce the battery and it wont last full day. Furthermore I am a cazy music lover so always on headset and the mobile is on Poweramp more than 12 hrs a day.

Very disappointment...omg thes is phone or heater ..overheating ... first i love lenovo ..but now i hate lenovo product ..fake future making foolish...not a 13 mp camera very bad camera like a 5 mp camera...selfie and video cam. Battery all ar Worst . No one part is good ...and lots of issue...i calling flipcart no one solve my issue...plz hel me ...my heating issue..and battery draining problem...sometime i calling someone and automaticaly switch off...hy plz help.

After reading a lot of complains regarding 296 update..i have decided not to do this update..would do only when next update comes...kudos :)

Do not flush the ROM as it will make the guarantee void. I am not a heavy gamer but from other experts review read that Yes it has been solved.

Superb phone using since a week no problem at all, No lagging , battery back up is good , its really a killer.

Gary, 27 Jul 2015Guys seriously tell me do I need to buy this phone ,as I ha... moreI'm quite happy with my battery life. Eg 10 hours idle costs me about 5% battery, and I get a day and a half easily with many hours of screen on time. Mainly browsing / 4g / video playback though, I don't play much.
The most important is you need to root (KingRoot app makes this trivial) and remove the bloatware first. That's causing the lag / bad battery / heat some folks complain about. Modded devices (by sellers, for eg google services support) may have lots of bloat.
