First Day impressions are very good. Light on hand as well as pocket. Slim and photos are excellent.
Unable to directly 'import' 'picture' into Excel or Make a 'photo album' in Ppt directly from phone camera..
Can Anyone help ?

Also kill the tasks that are in the memory using the left down button which will kill all the tasks and free up the memory. You sister's phone uses Kitkat OS thats the reason. Lollipop itself uses 1gb Ram. About heating issue there might be apps running which and when u make the call. This does not free up the RAM and rather forces the processor to work which might make the system hot.

You want fool this guy for a phone costing more than 15,00 with 720 x 1280 pixels (~267 ppi pixel density) , with quadcore 1.4ghz and with samsung's trick of 1.5 gb RAM?
