Yes i am also facing this ode situation. And also fiend a solution. It's relay work for me. Try this
1. When device is off, press (also hold) volume up key and then press (also hold) power key.
After the device vibrates, release power key (keep holding volume up key) to enter Fastboot mode.
2. Select "RECOVERY MODE" by "volume down key" (or "volume up key"), and then press "power key" to confirm .
3. You will see this on your screen after device reboots.
Press (also hold) power key and then press (then release) volume up key.
4. Select "wipe data/factory reset" "wipe cache partition" by volume down key (or volume up key), and then press power key to start reset.
It should work. This is great phone, after last update it improve a lot.

AB, 05 Jul 20151st you have to know how to use a mobile then comment, I am... moreIf yu r happy with your phone then its good but I am not happy with zenfone 2 15k model,I have also used zenfone 5 model, my zenfone 2 firmware is updated even all apps r updated, if you think back camera is good then chk flipkart comments.its an issue with asus zenui firmware, asus everytime makes a faulty firmware.they solve one issue and creates another issue.

Hey guys.. I m planning to purchase a phone under 10k. But I am confused about sar value of Lenovo it is showing on flipkart 1.59. So if any one has this phone then please check. Is it true or false???? If it is true then I will purchase Lenovo a6000 plus because my friend is using this device Without any problem and also playing heavy 3d games also without any problem. And its internal memory is also good I.e. 16 g.b. and lollipop update is coming for this phone very soon in same quarter of this year. From 2 mp camera works like moto g2 and rear camera quality also nice in day light low light and in dark. In total also fully loaded rocket in the pocket 5' display. So please tell me only true users about Lenovo k3 note about its true sar value
