AnonD-424548, 05 Apr 2016Previously i was facing this issue...but now a days its not... moreI have updated my k3 note to marshmallow..
Now I can't use SD card as separate storage, I can't delete videos from MX player its showing please choose the root directory of your external storage..I can't do anything from MX player (rename, delete etc). in lollipop it had rename and delete , select as external storage option.
Please help can we fix this problem? Waiting for ur Reply

Hi guys.. I have updated tmy k3 note to marshmallow..

k3 now after m update heating up too much while using 3g even it is very dificult to hold it in hand any fix??

Pampi, 08 Apr 2016It's a f.......... bad phone I advice everyone not to buy t... moreSeriously, touchpad is nt working properly. It started giving problems in jst 2 months.. Using its keypad is stressful and frustrating... For dat u've to lock/unlock again n again.. Hang a lot of time..

It'll affect the way we view the colors in the pictures in our gallery. With this new feature, we can view the pictures in the gallery without the interference of the comfort filter.

I have upgraded Android.M on my pH. all good but problem in camera. shutter sound never goes off even on silent and photos can't be saved on internal memory.

It's touch is not working properly after 2 months

After updating to marshmallow when i press vol+ & power button together for hard reset it shows in china language which can't be readable

It asked for an upgrade and displaye... moreHiii..first of all u cannot own ur own downgrade from marshmallow to lollipop u ll hv to go to service centre..n they will most probably charge u for dat..now for marshmallow..it ws pretty obvious dat data in phone will be erased altogether after update: P..anyways since now its not there kindly do a hard factory reset..it will solve ur almost everyone problm u r hving ryt now..i faced them too( i ws not able to open my lockscreen aftr update)..but now phone works jst fine more faster and smooth..so try the reset n see it works 4 u..:)

I have Lenovo K3 Note. It asked for an upgrade and displayed warning that you may loose data from your SD card. I do not have SD card installed. So I continued the process and upgraded it.
I lost my data from internal memory of Phone. All the functions in upgraded OS are not working fine. Internet si showing problems (shows speed in bytes now, issue in re-connecting) unable to put the phone on silent ever without viberation. more many issues I am facing right now. After calling in customer care, they put the call on hold and did not come back, after waiting for next half an hour, I disconnected.
Please help me to downgrade it.

Still camera shutter sounds even after 4mb update even though phone is in silent .pls give some solutions.

pawan, 04 Apr 2016And after 4 mb update volte switch disappear from setting..lenovo k3 note does not support VOLTE but android M have VOLTE so the android 6.0 have the option but the k3 note hardware does not support so k3 note facing auto connect data problem in restart or switch off and on the mobile so the 4Mb update removes VOLTE
