[1] Grand 2 is quad core 1.2 while k3 is 1.7 octa core processor.
[2] Grand 2 has 1.5 GB RAm and K3 note 2 gb ram.
[3] Grand 2 has 720 x 1080 resolution i.e HD and k3 note 1920 x 1080 i.e FULL HD.
[4] Grand 2 has 2600 Battery and k3 has 3000
[5] Grand 2 has 8 gb internal and k3 has 16 gb internal mem
[6] Grand 2 is 5.25" and k3 is 5.5"
[7] Cost of grand 2 is 20% more than K3 note.
I will go for k3 note bcoz of higher specs. Choice is yours.

Sim 1 slot supports 4G/3G/2G and Sim 2 slot supports only 2G.

Display is better,
