I don't know what is wrong with the battery of my lenovo k3 note when I bought it all went well for around 5 days but after that I faced a problem regarding my charging problem that is whenever I charge my phone the battery is not charging but when my phone is turn off it is charging I don't know any solution to this please help me!!

After the 4mb update there is no volte option n auto brightness also dosent work

i am using this phone ,it's good in performnece, but from last 30 days i m getting problem with my sd card
first i used 16 gb sd card and unfortunatekly it shows damaged sd card,then i used 32 gb samsung class 10 sd card after 1 day it also shows sd card damaged, i am too worry about this, and main thig is that i have lost very imp documents and data,
can anyone please help me

GUYZ.. I WAITED A LONG TIME TO UPDATE THE FNE..but its worth itttttt..seriously..my phone is super smooth and running good(touch wood:P)..i have achieved this by updating both 1657 and 4 mb update..initially i got stuck when it was updated n i restarted the fne..the lock screen hang or whteva..it was not working..a sudden chill it caused..so i did hard factory reset(vol+ & power) immediately..it worked like a charm..fne was new and soon after that i updated the 4 mb update.
only thing to keep in mind is pls pls do the factory reset odrwise it wont work..i too got the notification google play stopped working and odrs also..but reset took it all away and after that 4mb also improved it significantly..data connection problem solved.
as saying goes DEVIL LIES IN DETAILS..so pls guyz who r yet to update follow proper procedure as mentioned by one @smart vivek(his advice and steps r truly genuine..thnx bro) follow that if u like and make sure to remove mc and both the sims from fne when doing the factory reset..it ll work...thnx alot lenovo:* U R D BEST GUYZZ
although my fne is 2 hr old now after update and i ll give battery and gaming performance after a day or two.. feel free to ask anything..n i m a indian so hindi bhi chalegi:P
