After the update I found some bugs
1. com.Android.phone has stopped(for my friend's phone not for mine)
2. Cannot use wifi on apps other than Google's apps(play store, YouTube)
3. Phone is treating phone memory as external SD card and SD as internal on camera app
4. Bluetooth share problem when a file is shared to a device it renames it to some number ex. 17557 and no extension will be provided for shared file.
5. Battery drain issue

= > Then go back to all tab

= > Simtool kit = > App info = > Clear data Button = > Reboot the phone
How to do Factory reset method for fix process com.android.phone has stopped
1. Shut down the affected device
2. Hold the Keys (Volume up, Home, Power) all together until you feel device vibration
3. Now hold the keys (Volume up and Home),
4. You will be finding Android logo = > Back up = > Factory reset

kriptonizza-i will take the back up bt it gets saved in internal storage but when we reset the phone internal storage goes empty.so how will i get backup of my all old msgs of watsapp when i instal it again
