Battery is good i used moderately from morning to eve now my battery is 65%!!! Good price and competitor for mi note and g4 plus!!!

when i insert my headphone in phone volume of media automatically decreases and i m not able to increase volume beyond certain half way mark. can anybody give me genuine solution.
