when i insert my headphone in phone volume of media automatically decreases and i m not able to increase volume beyond certain half way mark. can anybody give me genuine solution.

Front camera is not even equal to 5mp camera and rear camera is good only in day light.too much grainy in low light. i have 3gb ram version.
