I t... moreFactory reset or hard reset clarity do hard reset by pressing power+volumeup+down few seconds it will be shutdown and restart don't loose until options are coming then clear data and restart the device as newly.

My Lenovo Vibe K5 note was also having display issues. I thought it was due to custom display setting i did. Initially i did display setting reset but it did not helped. So i did a factory reset and after that a new issue introduced i cannot see miss call notification now. Any suggestions from anyone on this ? how do i get miscall notification enabled now ?

What I really do not understand is why Lenovo will not update the phone to Nougat... Or at least release a patch to avoid the device to restart without any reason....

My lenovo vibe k5 note heating too much iam iam tried every tools still helpless unable to use its like an IRON box in my hands within two months my device freazed i had done hardreset two times in 2 mit's only mine or everyone Reply please.

So I'm using this phone for 8 months now and I can that the only thing that bothers me is that the phone sometimes restarts by itself. Everything else is cool. Is there anyone with the same problem? Thanks😉

Redmi note 4 anytime. It has IR Blaster, higher capacity battery, will get Android Nougat soon where as k5 note is outdated and wont receive any updates as lenovo is pathetic in updating old devices.

It's have heating problem and battery pickup is not up to the mark

very bad phone, battery can hardly stay for 3 hours, no volte support, no expandible memory (32 GB is not enough), chipset is not as powerful as other ones, very laggy in heavy games, takes a full day to charge although the battery stays for less than 3 hours, cannot be rooted and is still in android 5.1.1, never buy it...
