      I talked to the customer care about it they told to hard reset juat finished doing it but this problem is still there.

          an honest review.been using this set for about 2 weeks,battery backup is average,screen colors and brightness are very good,sound is amazing no buzzing on speaker and superb quality on headfones.user interface is amazing l've used sony,samsung and htc and this set has the best ui of all.great connectivity speed and signal for both 3g and wifi.front camera is good but back camera is not.performance in games like mc 5 is not good at all not recommended forwould gamers
