I got a horibble experience today.. I was returning home and my k5 note was on my denims pocket.. Then I just take it out and tred to unlock it by finger print ..but it's not getting unlock..then I presed the power button but also it not working.. I was scared.. I tried a lot to turn it on but unfortunately its not giving any response...but the phn Was not fully dead ,there is deam light on the screen ..I put it on charge ..the notification light was working.. It's showing red light..then at the last moment I try to on it by pressing the vol+ &power key at smae time ..and lucky it's get on &working perfecly ..no prb till now ...evrytnig working..

J Caesar , 19 Oct 2016I am also facing that data issue... I can browse the web e... moreYes I put my jio sim on 2nd sin slot ..lucky now it's working perfectly.. Or it's not work then go to the mobile networks then change the network LTE to GSM .

I have also purchased this lenevo k5 note..on 8th Oct .now my phone battery getting low or down or u u can say it's draining quickly... So lam very much worring about battery's power.. So tel me wht r the ways to save battery power and u also facing the problem or not...
Or shall i send this mobile back and ask them to replce new one

raju99, 19 Oct 2016I'm also facing this problem.Jio sim works on VOLTE(voice over LTE or voice over 4G) so for making call or anything your data should be on so if you try to call or message ur data automatically turns on.
