after using 20 day my new vibe k5 note give network problem and service center told that it takese 20-30 days to solve this problem

Phone seems to be off but in dark u can c display light. Also try changing wallpaper and the phone launcher crashes.

Sometimes the screen suddenly freezes and phone does not work. I replaced for a new device. That also has got the same issue. Screen goes blank and freezes suddenly and nothing works. Another issue is whenever u try changing wallpaper, Lenovo launcher crashes.
