recently i bought a new lenovo k6 power 4gb ram mobile. but it is showing only 2gb why is that? did i got a wrong mobile? when i open in setting and checked it showing 4gb but when i see that ram avaiablity when clearing all apps from running it showing only 1974mb y is that?

well this phone is amazing to me, but unfortunately the phone have a bug. when i wuz writing a message my phone turn off, somebody know wtf to do.
