I have purchased Lenevo K6 Note ( IMIE No. 861886037101698 ) on 20.12.2016. On 29th June 2017 its touch pad started malfunctioning and gradually stopped working. As per service centre it got damaged because it might have fallen on ground. To my knowledge if at all it might have fallen it could be hardly from a height of 2 to 3 feet. The falling of a mobile phone from this height is not an uncommon thing and I believe it has happened to almost all. Phones should be able to absorb this impact. The repairing charge is also exorbitant. I would recommend all to not to buy such fragile phones

i have the following problems after 3 months of purchase
1) when you play music the sound level is low both using the speaker or earphones
2) recently i am having problems with charging, all of a sudden, it just stops charging even though when i plug the charger i notice the vibration
3) i do not think that that quality of the camera is good enough
4) when it get hot (for example from sun light), it cannot detect SIM
i will not buy it again, and i think you should not do that too

I am using this phone for more then 3 month and every thing is fine don't believe in negative comments this phone is absolutely fine
1 Display having very good viewing angle and very good visibility in direct sunlight
2. Camera is fine in this price range it's very good
3. Heating issue was there but after nauget update its solve
4 bettery life is awesome I am using it with jio sim full day free call n free net and still at night it's remain 40 to 50 percent
Note- remember 1 thing it's not for have games u can play normal games very well

But in my opinion Lenovo k6 note is the best even better than MI... It's have a amazing battery life, awesome camera, good style and beautiful gamin performance...yea the sound is just slightly low but that's not an issue... THE BEST ONE LENOVO K6 NOTE
